Website information
Privacy Notice
How this website and the Law Office handle limited information submitted through public contact channels.
Information collected
This website may receive information you choose to provide when you email, call, or use a linked intake service. That information may include your name, organization, role, contact information, location, the names of involved persons or entities, and a limited high-level description of the matter.
Do not submit protected health information, resident or patient identifiers, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, confidential documents, legal strategy, or other sensitive information through a public website channel.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to the inquiry, conduct preliminary conflict screening, determine whether the Firm may consider the matter, maintain security, and comply with professional or legal obligations. Submission does not create an attorney-client relationship or require the Firm to preserve a deadline or take action.
Service providers and external services
The website host, email provider, security providers, Google Analytics, and any linked intake provider such as Clio may process information necessary to provide their services. A linked third-party service is governed by its own privacy terms. The Firm does not use this website to intentionally collect protected health information and does not represent that a public inquiry channel is appropriate for HIPAA-regulated information.
Security and retention
Reasonable measures may be used to protect information, but no website, email, or internet transmission can be guaranteed secure. Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for conflict screening, response, recordkeeping, security, legal obligations, and professional-responsibility requirements.
